Round 2 - Cancelled

Funding for this program went through a Notice of Funding Availability and application period during the 3rd Quarter of 2019.  There were plans to issue funding in three rounds; however, in July 2022, the Texas General Land Office reduced funding amounts for this program from $60 million to $20 million. This reduction has ultimately closed out the Harvey Public Services Program. As of December 2022, all services funded through this program have ended.
