This program strengthens the resilience of critical community facilities during emergencies. Key components include the installation of natural gas generators, microgrid solar panel systems, battery backup systems, automatic transfer switches, and all supporting electrical, civil, and structural work necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations during power outages and extreme weather events.
