Intake Specialists from the City of Houston’s Hurricane Harvey Homeowner Assistance Program will be on hand at the Stanaker Neighborhood Library to provide information, answer questions, and help residents who need to take the Harvey Assistance Survey.  The survey is the first step in the application process.
